My technicians were Jerome and Pedro. They arrived on time, were very polite, explained everything they were going to do to my bathroom and laundry room, and answered all my questions, which were quite a few, as I had never had tile cleaned and sealed before.
My master bathroom shower tile was not installed properly, and I had to have Sir Grout re-grout the entire tile floor.
